We recently upgraded our 20 year old spa to Hot Spring's new Limelight series Prism hot tub. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had working with everyone at Lake Champlain Pools. We purchased a pool from them a few years ago and now this Hot Tub and the experience was the same. The showroom has a bunch of models on hand so you can see exactly what you will be getting. When it came time to deliver the spa, the team set the 1,200 lb spa right where I wanted it and even came back after I had it filled to show us how to use it. I had a great experience with the company. I had a small mix up with ordering the wrong hot tub cover. The team at LCP was very friendly, professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to fix the problem and get me the correct cover. When it came in, they picked up the other one from my house and dropped off and installed the new one for me! A fantastic customer service experience. Thank you LCP.

We purchased a Hot Springs tub with a salt sanitizing system that has been nothing short of exceptional, particularly in the very cold winter weather. It holds its temperature, is easy to maintain and we have not had any issues with the unit. The purchasing experience was detailed, thoughtful and the pricing was extremely competitive.
